We are a high-end, not high-volume practice. Dr. Saman prides himself in the individualized time he spends with his patients for customized results. Once you pick a date and time, our office will review and APPROVE or MODIFY the appointment to fit your request and schedule.
IMPORTANT: Please note your 1) date of birth 2) reason for consult and 3) type of consult (virtual or in person) in notes when you submit request. We need this info for processing.

Our staff will review your request for APPROVAL or MODIFICATION. Make sure your enter both your phone number and email address as these will be our primary ways of connecting with you.
Pro Tip: We work hard to get to all requests in a timely fashion. However, sometimes we get behind. If you don't hear from us within 2 business days, go ahead and call (214) 740-2481 or email VIP@dallasfacedoc.com.

In-person consultation fee ($350) and virtual consultation fee ($225) are payable on our secure website.
NO SHOW will result in donation of this fee to Dr. Saman's humanitarian mission trips. Please review policies prior to booking. If you must reschedule, you must do so in advance according to our Office Policies in order to have your payment refunded.

Once your request has been approved, and your payment has been conmpleted, you will be emailed a link to your registration packet. Make sure to complete all sections so we have all the info we need to best care for you.
Pro Tip: Go ahead and download the Symplast Patient app onto your smart device. We know, no one wants yet another APP, but trust us, with this app we can communicate, share photos and much more to make your journey convenient, modern, and efficient.

Even though we will guide you through the consultation process, it is helpful to have your concerns and questions ready.
Inspo photos, old photos of yourself, or any previous operative report or documentation will be helpful, too. It is beneficial to prioritize your top three concerns in preparation for your consultation. This is you time.
Pro Tip: It is helpful to bring the person who will be your support system (parent, spouse, etc) during the recovery period with you to the consultation.

You have jumped through all the hoops now and it is time for you to finally get all your questions answered. Get ready for a bespoke and customized consultation like no other.
Consultation Types
In-Person
Comprehensive old school consultation with Dr. Saman in our luxury Highland Park office. You have ample one-on-one time with Dr. Saman to have all your options reviewed and questions answered. Consultation fee ($350)
Virtual Consultation
Whether you choose this option because you are coming to us from out of town or because you just can't take time off from work or school, this appointment type is convenient, safe, and efficient. And 99% of cosmesis issues can be assessed by Dr. Saman visually. Consultation fee ($100) fully applicable to procedures booked within 60 days. If you decide to move forward, we may ask you to pop in prior to to your surgery for a quick in-person visit without any additional fee. Out-of-towners: Do not worry, we will accomodate your schedule.
