Rhinoplasty is the surgical or nonsurgical improvement of the nasal shape and in most cases nasal breathing.  Rhinoplasty is considered the most technically difficult procedure in all of plastic surgery as is equal parts art and science.

Less extensive face and neck lift procedure, generally performed in our procedure room in office, under light sedation and local anesthesia focused around lower face and neck with shorter incisions compared to a full face and neck lift. 

This surgical procedure may benefit older and younger patients who may have an increased upper lip length or a thin upper lip. By removing a sliver of skin at the base of the nose, a more balanced, refined upper lip may be achieved.

A brow lift, also known as a forehead lift or forehead rejuvenation, is a cosmetic procedure to raise the brows. A brow lift improves the appearance of the forehead, the brow and the area around the eyes by raising the soft tissue and skin of the forehead and brow. Often performed at same time as blepharoplasty and under local anesthesia in office. 

Eyelid lift is a minimally-invasive procedure usually performed in our procedure room in office, under light sedation and local anesthesia to get rid of the excess skin and tissue of the upper or lower eyelid and to restore the refreshed and well-rested look.  

Otoplasty is the surgical reshaping of ears for conditions such as protruding ears or misshapen ear cartilages. 

We use modern liposuction techniques and microcannula technology to create aesthetically pleasing facial contours in the comfort of our office setting with mild sedation and minimal downtime or recovery.

Various options exist in chin reshaping including chin reduction surgery, mentopexy, chin augmentation with implants or fat grating, as well as chin implant placement or sliding genioplasty. A comprehensive consultation will allow you to select the option that is best for you.

We utilize Implantech (the recognized leading brand in facial implants) silicone implants to enhance facial volume and prominence in a permanet, accurate and natural fashion. A variety of facial implant with different sizes from subtle to XL exist for areas including the chin, cheeks, tear troughs, temples, and more. 

Fat grafting is a surgical procedure performed in our office under light sedation and local anesthesia whereby small cannulas are utilized to gently extract some amount of fat from a given area such as the abdomen, inner thigh or lateral legs, process and then reinject into areas that require volume augmentation.
